Electricity is being restored across Spain and Portugal, one day after a massive power cut. The operator of Spain’s national grid says power has now been restored to 90% of the country’s mainland, but the effects of the blackout are likely to be felt for days. The power outage left millions of people in the two countries - and some parts of France - without electricity on Monday, leading to chaotic scenes and widespread disruption.
