Video: Ex-Army JAG: Hegseth shifting blame is indication 'something's gone terribly wrong'
The White House is now saying Admiral Frank Mitchell Bradley ordered a second strike on a boat in the Caribbean, not Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth. Lawmakers are saying that second strike could constitute a war crime. Former Army JAG officer Margaret Donovan explains why she believes the illegality of that second strike is “so basic for anyone who served in the military.”
